Pros

Great benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and fairly substantial PTO. Team members always willing to help each other and leadership very supportive.

Cons

The training is a little lacking in some departments. Location near San Marco can create some commute issues because of heavy traffic and train.

Pros

There was never really a dull moment. It was fast paced, and mostly a fun, team environment where one could feel like a part of a different kind of family.

Cons

Wished the base pay, yearly, and performance pay was better. Just like any company, some work harder than others with more attention to quality, and i feel that should be better recognized and compensated for.
