Run away from OCCM!

Pros

Location, nice short drive. Nothing else to add or comment.

Cons

Micromanagement, lack of employee empowerment and trust. Threatening atmosphere. No dedicated on-boarding for management roles. When I asked in an interview with peers how it was to work for certain Director, I got a 30 second pause and then one of the interviewees noted she had quit and came back, but mostly because she didn't like where she had gone to. Seems to me a lot of contractor turn-over. I was warned by several individuals prior to accepting, but I am a progressive thinker and took the chance.

Flexible hours, good management team, employee moral programs, decent pay, great view of St. Johns river.

Cons

I loved everything about my job. Only left because I moved out of state.
