Pros

There is nothing positive that I found within this company.

Cons

I got hired with Align, was trained for three days and kicked to the curb to figure the rest myself. I was praised by the supervisor of clinical review that I am right where i need to be after the first week on the job. When the second week came around, that Friday I got notified by my recruiter that Align decided to let me go. It was very very vague as to what they did not like especially since nothing negative was brought to my attention. It was very shocking and unexpected! I could not fathom how noone came to me and talked about anything. I send an email to my supervisor at the time seeking explanation and closure, but did not get anything in return. About a month or so later, a colleague of mine that works with Align but at a different department that I was in, notified me that many people where let go and by summer 2016, 150 employees will be jobless.

Pros

Allows piercings/unusual hair colors.

Cons

Poor management which does not listen to it's employees, grew too fast, seeks profits for shareholders over keeping jobs in the country.
