Pros

Great experience. Culture already in place was great.

Cons

Business is constantly being grown for highest executives benefit while lowest levels are constantly required to fix poorly planned mergers. Employees suffer with less and less reward for increased workloads, changed duties, unclear direction. Will be entirely outsourced eventually.

Pros

The employees. Best people to know and work with.

Cons

Everything else. Management is horrible. Upper management is worse and will straight out lie to your face. Doesn't matter how talented or good a worker you are. The only way to succeed in this company is to kiss butt and keep you mouth shut.
