Pros

The people are the best I have ever worked with across locations. The support is always there, and teamwork is the norm.

Cons

As a result of the merger back in 2012, management shift led to layoffs of highly valuable Executive Mgmt team in NJ and a steady deluge of positions were transferred there. There is still a lack of direction and focus at the Executive Level due to continued restructuring efforts. There is little communication between the HQ office in FL and the NJ office. People are uncertain and worried about their job security daily.

Been with the company for 10+ years. Lots of growth and challenges within those years. Many acquisitions. change of management. Still has been a rewarding career so far.

Cons

lots of changes to senior management. Often not sure of who is who and what they are doing

Pros

Co-workers were a lot of fun. HR was always sensitive to employee needs. Continuous opportunities for additional training. Work-Life balance is good for students.

Cons

All telephonic positions (that are left) are in the process of being sent offshore. Upper-management is out of sight and cannot relate to their employees. Extremely difficult to get promoted. Very racially charged environment. If you aren't a member of a certain church - forget about getting promoted in Jacksonville! Numbers based. Patient's quality of care always comes second to profit-margins. Insurance companies hate working with us because of the outsourcing. You will be yelled at by customers at least once every day.
