Pros

Great atmosphere with phenomenal training. The entire company was built on the simple practice of no complaining. Typically negative,dramatized , egotistical and selfish people do not last. The pay is okay for the market though could be a tad higher. You get to help patients daily, if that's not for you find a different job.

Cons

Gossip around the office does get a little much, so just stay out of the negativity. A few bad apples ruin the bunch at times. The pay could improve a tad.

cattiness in supervisors and upper management, high turn over rate due to lack of accountability in associates and management.

Pros

There arent any pros for this employer. The bought out Align and immediately started taking away from the employee perks. The CEO jumped ship.

Cons

They dont care about their employees, terrible benefits and lots of outsourcing.
