Pros

NONE . This place is just a big meat grinder and new hires will be given lousy unworkable files and top performers are given Done Deals and schedule 25 - 30 appointments a day with no problem .

Cons

AVOID ! This place keeps friends and family by giving them easy claims that are Done-Deals. You will be given 60 plus claims that are completely unworkable and your job is on the line and the supervisors and team-leaders know you have garbage files to work . The top performers know how to beat this system and they will tell you tricks to the trade. The only way to keep your job is to not do your job .

Pros

No pros to list because they no longer exist.

Cons

Onecall taking over has completely ruined Align. Nothing good came out of it. They removed our annual Christmas party and employees will no longer be receiving an end of year bonus in their pay. They are also in the process of outsourcing numerous positions. Onecall is driving the AlignNetworks bus but have no idea how to steer. They are not "making it happen" at all. Align will crumble into oblivion.
