Pros

OCCM is a growing company, salaries are competitive with good benefits. Company is currently privately owned, but that will most likely be changing in the coming years.

Cons

Suffering from growing pains as a result of almost continuous M&A activity. There is always an integration going in which makes it harder to focus on your current business clients and quality to them.

None that I can say. It is another company owned by private equity.

Cons

Management is in it for their bonuses. Do not expect any attention from management they are off smoking in the parking lot trying to avoid having to answer any hard question.
