Pros

Was a fun company to work at. Was with align for over three years. Great place at the time. It was amazing. The erc was great team to have. The work was good and fast paced. The employees is what made align so great.

Cons

Then one call bought align and has been stabbing the body of align and now it is bleeding to death. Now outsourcing to different countries is happening in allot of departments. Be worried if you are still working there or if you plan on interviewing. The death rattle has started.

Unless you are skinny and bat your eyes no chance of moving up. This company does not look at previous experience. You can be a manager for a fast food store and move up or if you are small framed and pretty. Your experience goes out the door. If you

Salary is competitive. Location is good.

Cons

More than 50% of jobs are outsourced. So much for putting Americans to work.. they'd rather outsource because their bottom line means more than helping their fellow Americans
