Pros

Reasons to work at One Call - Coworkers are nice for the most part and it has a community atmosphere even working from home. Teammates are willing to help if needed or answer any questions you have.

Cons

Cons - Little to zero bonuses, raises, anything of the sort. Obvious favoritism from your managers and team leaders. Loading more and more work on you if you are a loyal and hardworking employee with no promotion or raise. One Call is also the definition of micro-managing. Very focused on however the company can make money and not much focused on keeping employees.

Pros

Horrible company to work for, management was nice though.

Cons

Everything. They micromanage everything and it’s hard to keep up with the demands. They require a lot from you with small pay. Honestly, the pay isn’t worth the headache.
