Pros

You get a paycheck every two weeks

Cons

It is very hectic inbound calls back to back with low pay and they expect you to be on a call every second and if you have one minute of downtime they call it “call avoidance”. You will be micromanaged with everything you do yet not appreciated for the hard work you put in everyday. You get written off by QA for such small things it’s annoying and makes you get a very low score. Also no real room for advancement even after being there for a year or so.

Pros

Good benefits & PTO is accumulated easily. Work is easy just repetitive once you learn the systems.

Cons

The pay sucks for the amount of work you are doing, the raises aren’t that well either. The training is ridiculous and sloppy, the supervisors and managers in DME are snobby and unprofessional. It was blessing leaving this place.
