Pros

Great direct leadership. I was fortunate to have really great support from direct leadership, but their hands were tied.

Cons

The Senior Leadership at this company is so far removed from the day to day process that it is a constant game of ring around the rosey about how to fix things for the associates that are performing the work daily. They don't walk the walk and they don't fix anything. The issues remain year after year.

Pros

PTO policy, larger company and decent benefits

Cons

Executive team, greed, lack of compassion, favoritism for employees that just bounce from one C-suite role to another, extremely dishonest. This company let go of hundreds due to Covid…. Saying they couldn’t afford, but hire more VPs and executives for well over 6 figure salaries

Pros

Good pay and benefits are fine.

Cons

Everything is broken. Worst job I had in life. No work life balance: it is 100% work. Being exempt they made me work 65-75 hrs a week with no days off or pto over last 6 months. There is no regard to decency, just pure 100% slave exploitation to the death.
