Pros

Good people and great starter job for those just starting out or for those in transition. Not a place to be long-term.

Cons

Some employees have been there much too long and need to go, as their perspectives are stale and they resist change (not outwardly, but they do). There are also people in key leadership roles who have long ago exceeded their levels of incompetence, but are kept on while better performers quit or are let go. The company never bothered to groom from within (with the exception of a handful of the wrong people), so they are now stuck with who they have in Exec level roles. Although I've been gone a while I still keep in touch with employees and clients/customers who say the company is getting worse, not better. So sad.

Pros

Occasionally there will be fun events to maintain employees' morale (and take their minds off the fact that they could lose their jobs at any second)

Cons

Management, structural hierarchy, encourages employees to report one another for even the smallest of unintentional errors.

Pros

Some supervisors are good. Access to food vendors. Shift bids

Cons

Overworked and under paid. You can moved to another department for a year. They want you just be a yes man. If stand up to them and say feel, they won't care at the end of the day.
