Pros

The company does have good benefits, competitive salaries and there is a variety of positions to choose from.

Cons

Grew to fast The "customer matters"is no more If you are not part of the "IN" crowd you don't get respect If you are a favorite of management they will protect you and promote you whether qualified or not Some who work the hardest get recognized the least VERY CLICKISH especially in upper management on the MSC side

Pros

Nice people, Ok benefits, somewhat value educated employees. Decent corporate experience for fresh undergrad graduates.

Cons

Since the mergers and acquisitions, it's become very impersonal. Executives clearly act in self-interest. Career advancement is based only on how who you know in upper management over actual competency.
