Pros

Remote opportunities or in office, Various locations in different states. Lots of team work. Yearly pay raises.

Cons

Not much room to move up as 1-3 positions will have 20-30 people applying so you would really need to be a boot licker. The pay isnt that great either coming in the door.

Helping patients , making a difference in multiple people's lives.

Cons

The leadership was good at blaming everyone else. Once you are targeted they will find every way and loop hole to push you out.
