Pros

Work from home, Internet bill stipend

Cons

The work is mind numbing, quotas keep increasing and become harder and harder to hit goals, upper management is unstable (I’ve lost count of how many CFO’s and CEO’s have come and gone), training for most processes are inadequate because you’ll still find yourself asking for help on something that was not adequately covered. The pay does not correlate with the amount of work expected of you. There are zero bonuses. Management could care less about employees and only harp about numbers. Don’t expect to move up at this company.

Pros

Trainers and training manager are great. Flexible working remote.

Cons

Managers lack resources, managers lack knowledge, managers are not very helpful. Logging time is awful, pay is worse than retail. Hours conflict with anything outside of not having a life. CEO is cheap.
