Communication is horrible Supervisors don't know how to do the job Trainers don't understand how the system works Have to fill out “Time Studies” while you work to show how productive you are

Pros

Great benefits and generous PTO very lenient attendance policy for entry level employees

Cons

Annual pay increases and bonus payouts are minimal and difficult to advance your career. Also no job security for manager level and above the turn over is high from top to bottom

Work is easy and work life/home balance is great. Was WFH before the pandemic. Lax work environment.

Cons

No pay raises, barely any yearly bonus, compensation is terrible. No room for growth in the company.
