Pros

There were some great, hard working team members, but they were drowned out by the terrible management.

Cons

Management was a complete mess and totally chaotic. They were too big of a company to truly influence impactful change in a methodical way.

Pros

It's easy, open minded, want to help you, they provide the steps to success. 401K health, PTO, Holidays, good pay. favoritism and length of employment dont matter when it comes to schedules or promotions for the most part. It's about your ability and work quality. low call volume.

Cons

raises are difficult, hypocrisy, communication isn't clear, It is stressful because you do the same thing everyday. every 5 minutes or so.
