Pros

FMLA, Unexpected Leave, - Trust worthy direct supervisor, - Gives chances to those who actually want it, -no tolerance for harassment, -Easy, - starting pay( when i started i was making 10 an hour working 3 jobs service industry jobs or ran my own business. This was my first office job and they gave me a chance. At 15 an hour, before they raised their minimum pay.)

Cons

-Upper management- every 2 years perform massive lay offs(generally those who do not meet requirements), - Co-workers- Many people think it's a bad job that doesn't take of them but generally it's the people who can't wont do what they ask. People talk about quitting and leaving which puts you in a bad head space about the company. -It's an easy job. -Lack of increased pay Started at 15 went to 18 going on 4 years and being promoted 4 leavels higher, and considered for supervisor. -lack of job security ( why i left)

Pros

Remote work from home job

Cons

The supervisors and other departments ignore requests for assistance. You are basically on your own with minimal resources to satisfy the client due to the company’s inability to provide the services they are selling.
