Pros

Very collaborative organization despite the fully virtual working environment. Management is always listening to new ideas to overcome the challenges you may be facing in the job, and we are quick to implement changes that are deemed vital to the success of you in your position!

Cons

If you are not a fan of a fully virtual work environment, it could be a bit challenging getting used to.

Pros

4x10 shifts. I was promoted within approximately two months from a phone agent to an authorization specialist. I really enjoyed working here. Really nice team. On site gym was included as a benefit. Beautiful building with a couple of cafes; located on the Riverwalk, which was nice for lunch breaks. Bob Peters was a great leader (I think he's since left the company).

Cons

I probably would've stayed if the pay was higher.
