Pros

- Mentorship program to help you grow in your career, even if it's not with the company - Open-door policy - A company that is employee-driven - Growth opportunities - PTO accrual within the first 30 days - Recognition and team work across the board - collaboration is key!

Cons

- Benefits could be better, however, HR is constantly looking to improve this aspect in the best way possible - Work/Life balance: As a salaried employee if I have to leave a little early I am expected to "make my time up". Sometimes working late is expected and we are told we are "salaried" so we have to sacrifice that time sometimes. While I understand this in some cases, it can be a little excessive.
