Pros

PTO, WFH, engage, WL balance

Cons

Reorganization started in 2025 with this, the company glue was let go. While trying to maintain normal day to day, we have been tasked with taking on more responsibility without adding people. What once was a a company you wanted to work for, became a robotic, popularity contest to see who could blame who. This organization no longer values people and only money. The current leadership only care about stacking issues on people who are knowledgeable. They do not care or value who we were as an organization any longer. I thought I would never say this but that is who we have become.
