Pros

Great fellow employees and decent benefits.

Cons

Upper Management has their hands stuck in places they don’t belong, pay isn’t comparable to other companies and raises are hard to come by, constantly changing rules and expectations make it hard to achieve goals to obtain raises

Pros

Some areas allow you to work from home.

Cons

It’s a fast-paced call center. If you are in a scheduling or intake department you must be able to multitask and meet unrealistic productivity goals while being micromanaged on every aspect of your workday. If they tell you that you will be “laterally transferred due to business needs” that means you get to keep your pay but you will be placed wherever they need people which is usually a demotion back to square 1, on the phones, in scheduling. There is always a shortage of people in operations. It is also incredibly hard to take time off due to the limited availability of hours allowed per team.
