Pros

Benefits are good. Remote job.

Cons

Heavily micromanaged, high call volume call center (if you dont like being on the phone all day back to back reconsider), not really flexible with pto, you have to put it in atleast 3 days ahead of time (if its not approved you wont get pto and it would be an occurance) , pay is mid.

Almost everything about this job is great. Great trainers, sups can be better but definitely helpful when needed. Benefits are amazing

Members can be so rude Don't really move up in the company

Great team, leadership. Allowed for great work life balance.

Cons

Unstable upper management. Boss changed more times than years I was there. Team and org chart changed frequently.
