      Pros

      Off on all federal holidays, paid. The higher ups in the company treated me like I was on their level and always made time for me.

      Cons

      If the Government was off due to weather or shutdown, you don’t get paid unless you use vacation time.

      So proud to have worked for this company! Worked with a great team of people who truly cared about the people, the company, and the goals.

      There were some growing pains and a little disconnect between leadership in Baltimore and the teams on the contracts.
