Pros

Fellow employees are amazing and want to see the company succeed.

Cons

No leadership. GM has no experience and and it reflects in his employees who have no respect for him. The president provides no direction and he himself has no experience to be in his position. All the talent is leaving because there is no leadership and heavy handed mamagement is proving not to work.

Yes, our employees are amazing and their work ethic is biased towards success, individual and professional. I know from experience though, how difficult it is to transition an organization from one business model to another and it’s always unfortunate when good people aren’t able to make the shift. Yes, some of that falls on me and in this case, it sounds like you believe the company failed you. Perhaps so but the fact is One Legal is a rapidly growing organization and our new leadership team is helping me ensure that our success and our employees success is aligned more so than ever before. Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I truly hope you’ve been able to leverage your work experience at One Legal to your advantage. Robert DeFilippis, President and COO

Pros

Decent salary, niche business has potential for growth, advancement opportunities, and not much else that I can think of right now.

Cons

Cheap. 401k match is weak and isn't enough to retire, poor benefits package, poor vacation, no lunches or food, office is old and dingy, double standards between departments, forced work in weekends, management works in cubicles, Employees are not taken care of well enough compared to other tech companies.
