Pros

No comment in this area

Cons

Not enough PTO only two weeks including sick time.Mortgage Processors NEVER answer their phone. They don't care about the customers. Just keeping in touch with the borrowers would benefit them greatly. But instead they are looking at their cell phones all day instead of working. Keep this up and you will lose all of your business, little by little but it will happen. Word spreads fast.

Pros

Management, the team, the benefits and work life balance are all Pros. I was never stressed at this job. I loved the leadership and everyone I worked with.

Cons

I worked in the corporate office. If you want to move up you better hope the persons position you want leaves because everyone has been there for a very long time. I personally could not wait 5 more years for the next person to retire so that I could apply for that hire position but I left on good terms and would love to go back if the position happened to open up.
