onboarding was easy, great benefits, great work culture, rewarding employer ex: bonuses, raises etc, great pto, matching 401k, free group disability and life insurance

Cons

small company so they don't have as much man power as say Cisco or IBM

-Great place to learn patience. -Plenty of problems to solve. -Excellent source of interview answers for how you work through challenges.

Cons

-Leadership is largely out of touch with anything resembling best practices. -Entry level and junior employees often take the hit for incompetent leadership. - Poor pay and benefits - No clear points of demarcation with customers. - Constant waffling with remote work despite hiring remote employees. - Most of HR. - Several teams struggle to retain staff, instead of doing anything to improve QOL a general “they don’t want to work” attitude is taken.
