      Pros

      -Work/life balance. Time off is granted when needed and encouraged. -Culture is uplifting and friendly. -Benefits are competitive and improving.

      Cons

      -Pay. -Expectations are high. Somewhat high pressure to meet deadlines and productivity. -Initiatives driven aren’t communicated at the highest level down. Even middle to high level leadership are unable to answer questions as to ‘why’ something is being pushed.

      Leadership and fellow team members create a space where anyone can feel comfortable, supported, and heard. We strive to be one another's biggest supporters while keeping a 'high-performance' mentality to continually push ourselves and other teams towards excellence. Countless opportunities are available to employees for personal and professional growth such as book studies, LinkedIn Learning courses, Toastmasters, Leadership Development Programs, and more. The company is rapidly growing and a strong work ethic is absolutely required to succeed here. The work is fun and there are multiple departments with opportunities for growth. We have a large customer base covering multiple industries. The success we drive for our customers is quantifiable and rewarding. It is a great place to be!

      Growth is exciting and with that excitement comes change, stretching, increased workload, and other challenges. If you are committed to contributing towards change, this is a great opportunity to facilitate that. This may be considered a con for some and worth considering if a growing company is not where you want to be.

      Pros

      Leadership is very supportive and communicative across all teams. Highly collaborative environment with a lot of growth opportunities. CEO is very tuned into how busy the teams due to recent growth are and has shared both the short term and long term vision with employees

      Cons

      The company is in high-growth mode so there are a lot of changes happening and all teams have incredibly full plates. If you don't have a strong work ethic this is not the place for you.
