Strong values that employees strive to live into. It is a family environment and I feel cared for. The staff works hard and plays hard. There are fun events throughout the year to celebrate together, like a staff appreciation banquet, fun days and Christmas party. The work environment is nice with multiple break/kitchen areas, really nice bathrooms and even a gym that's accessible after hours. The president is very generous and has lunch opportunities to learn and grow as a staff and personally. The lunch is provided. Gifts are given throughout the year at staff events, too. On top of all of the work benefits, there is a chaplain that visits regularly. There is a ministry and prayer team. Faith is a strong part of the work environment with lunch Bible studies and outreach opportunities. The company is built on Biblical principles with a focus on servant leadership. I've never worked anywhere like this before.
