Cons

The school where I work/tutor is in need of continuity and dedication from teachers and staff. Many students are behind their grade expectations. We need committed staff and good communication among tutors and school administration.

Pros

I really enjoy working for this company, I have been working for them for about a year and half and never had a problem. Communication is great with the coordinator. Hours are very flexible but it also depends on the family's schedule which is usually after 3 pm and earlier on Wednesdays

Cons

Being able to get supplies on timely manner. Have requested items for awhile and still have not been provided them but other than that everything is great.
