Pros

Pay is not bad ($20+/hour)

Cons

They don’t compensate gas, will promise you hours that they will actually never give, if they do increase your hours, they won’t tell you that you will be driving all over the city just to hour one hour here and one hour there. Essentially, between gas and paying for my lunch, I was pretty much working for free. Once you accept a job keep in mind they won’t switch you to another gig that might be better suited for you if it means discontinuing another gig, because “consistency is good”. DO NOT agree to jobs that seem inconvenient because you will be stuck with that schedule. They don’t warn you about this. Few months after I started working, a gig opened up where I could work 4 hours for $20/hour 3x/week. This would of been perfect for me but since it conflicted with my schedule they didn’t let me work it even though they knew I was struggling with my schedule. They don’t care about you. They had this one girl Uber to work just to tutor an hour a day, WHICH MEANS SHE HAD TO PAY TO GO TO WORK. Also, they ask you to complete forms even after your 2 weeks notice is up without compensating you for your time. They don’t ask in a nice way either, they ask you expecting to do it even though you’re juggling a new full-time job. They could of asked while I still employed by them but no they wait until it’s too late. They don’t offer any type of benefits, just good pay.
