Pros

25$ an hour starting for tutors, direct supervisor is FANTASTIC, good work life balance

Cons

Materials are dated and uninteresting for students, they just make ship binders to wherever you are in the US, full of basic worksheets that are incredibly uninteresting. When we ask for other materials like whiteboards or markers, our supervisor has to put in an order form and send it to Miami, who then orders it from Amazon, THEN ships it to the school district that needs it (again, could be anywhere in the US). I have waited TWO MONTHS for something as simple as pencils.
