Pros

Coffee. Water bottles. Location. Candy.

Cons

Zero advancement Culture lacking everything HR not trustworthy, not for employees. OneAZ needs an outside HR firm so issues are treated fairly. CEO vehicle never in parking lot. Explains a lot right there!

Pros

There is literally nothing good about working here.

Cons

Corrupt HR. Wells Fargo former associates taking over. High pressure sales. Unethical practices. Literally all associates miserable. High turnover. They care nothing for their “members “. They only care about their money and how many loans they can get.

Pros

The people you work with in the branches are great (for the most part)

Cons

They don't care about their employees or the members AT ALL! They're just out to make money for themselves and they will do whatever they have to do in order to achieve that. The company is a complete joke! They also don't know how to train their employees, so don't expect to know anything when you get back to your branch after training. They are just straight up cold to their employees. I suggest applying somewhere else because you will make more money, get better training, be treated better by the company, and not have to worry about knowing that the "higher ups" in the company are complete morons.
