Micromanaging - to the point of speaking over salespeople as they are on the phone. Managers cursing out employees. They require you to get a doctor’s note. I was sick, had to go to two hospitals, only for me not to be able to get a scheduled meeting, Onedigital wrote me up “for not being sick”. If you love being micromanaged and not believed, this place is for you! They make you clock in and clock out. Your hours are variable - including working from 8:30-5:30. They don't pay you for lunch. So you're really commuting from 7:30-6:30 everyday.
