Pros

OneDigital is a company that truly cares about their employees and show it through their actions. They take swift action following engagement surveys. Work Life Balance is a top priority for the company.

Cons

The company is rapidly growing and there are a lot of acquired teams. It often feels like we are operating a small company within a large one. There are many resources but they are not organized in a way that makes clear what the preferred processes are. These are growing pains and I'd like to see it become more of one company in the future.
