DO NOT DO IT

Pros

A warm high noon on some fridays

Cons

THIS JOB IS HORRIBLE!!!!!! you are asked to take advantage of seniors, every 1/10 sales you maybe help someone. They pay poorly and pay out as a bonus 3 months later so it is really difficult to leave if you had a good month and want to be paid for your work. The managment is horrible. I felt uncomfortable half the time I was in the office. OneDigital seems like it would be a great company unfortunately OneDigital AdvancedHealth is slimey. The benefits suck too at least the PTO. It is not worth it no matter how much you need a job. I left after 4 months and got another sales job and it is so so much better. People will say the job is not for everyone but it is not for ANYONE! Do NOT do it to yourself. I cried after work everyday because I felt like a horrible person and I was gettting yelled at for not make a sale that made healthcare benefits worse for the senior citizen.

Lack of transparency

Pros

Located inside the Willis tower is the only pro and they really milk that as a selling point for the job….do with that info as you will

Cons

Mass hired, will probably lead to layoffs. Lack of transparency regarding pay. Bonus is advertised as monthly when applying for the job. When I went to work the first day they said that since the AEP (annual enrollment period) is starting for health insurance, we wouldn’t see a bonus (the one advertised as monthly) until February or March…6 months after when the base pay is 20/hr.
