      No pros whatsoever. Sugar coated a lot of details

      They hire a lot for AEP and don’t tell people they’ll be working 6 days a week all 10 hour shifts and no commision until 3 months later.

      You’re given a lot of trust and autonomy to do your job, which makes a big difference at the director level Marketing isn’t just a support function — you’re involved in real conversations about growth and strategy The people are smart, collaborative, and genuinely care about doing good work There’s room to try new ideas and test things without being overly risk-averse. Flexible work style with a strong focus on outcomes over optics

      It can move fast, and sometimes priorities shift before things feel fully baked Not everything is perfectly defined yet, especially as the company continues to grow You have to be comfortable making progress without always having complete information
