      Lots of parties and alcohol. Being sarcastic!!!

      An absolute sweat shop!!! Constantly expecting more and more out of their employees. They provide unlimited PTO; however, in order to keep your head above water, you need to work nights and weekends. A lot of good unlimited PTO does. The stress level is extremely high and you are not valued or respected by management. The Consultants are prima donnas. They do very little and lack substance. The management team has no idea how to encourage and lead employees. They have completely lost the meaning of client relationships.

      The culture at OneDigital is one that allows you to excel and thrive. Everyone is pleasant to be around and work with, and the executive leadership inspires others to achieve more.
