      Pros

      I have been working at OneDigital in the CT office now for almost 3 years. I previously worked at a large insurance carrier for over 20 years. I thought the transition would be difficult but I was very wrong. Sure, there are many new things to learn but the team of people I am paired with made it a smooth and seamless transition. This was the best decision I could have ever made. I have made so many new friendships and the team atmosphere and fun culture is amazing. Great people, great benefits, amazing culture are some of the reasons this is a best place to work!

      Pros

      The Connecticut OneDigital team is great to work with. Virtually everyone here is thoughtful, engaged, committed, and hard working, and we all work together in a supportive, respectful, and fun environment.

      Cons

      Stress levels can run high, particularly in the busiest times of year, but we get through it by helping one another... and as a group we regularly take time to celebrate victories and to re-charge.
