Pros

Not very many if ANY

Cons

Management is about their "Click" and if you don't get into the follow the leader drama, you will get kicked out - don't ever make the boss feel as you know something more than them becuase they will see to it that you get moved DOWN -

Nepotism at its best

Pros

Flexible, rewarding of innovation, company is growing

Cons

Local leadership is nepotism driven. They prefer to hire family or close family friends for leadership roles. Lead sales person has unrealistic and unreasonable demands to a level that is outside of professionalism. There is no support in dealing with this because she is married to the office head. Leadership is in over their heads.

Pros

One Digital tries to retain employees with incentives like "summer hours", many paid holidays, and occasional events. 12 weeks of paid maternity leave (if you've been there for a year) is nice and sadly, most unheard of in today's world.

Cons

What really matters is adequate pay. You have to fight for a raise, even if you are already doing copious amounts of extra work. The yearly "merit raise" is just a 3% cost of living raise that doesn't keep up with inflation. Work-life balance is pushed, but so are overtime hours and deadlines. The company needs to actually practice what they preach. If you leave the company, they will not pay out your earned PTO. (again, they are greedy and refuse to pay employees). People are pushed to burn out and leave One Digital between 2-3 years. I saw a high rate of turn over in the support staff roles - renewal specialists, account managers, consultants.

We always appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to share. I’m so glad to hear that OneDigital’s fierce culture of caring resonates with you as we strive to put people first in everything we do. Additionally, I’d like to take the opportunity to try to address your concerns. With regards to our compensation structure, our compensation team continuously works to evaluate and improve our practices, to give more insight into pay practices at all levels of the organization and make sure our positions are falling at or above market rate. By investing in the development and growth of our team, we are positioned to meet the evolving needs of our people, both in and outside the office. In terms of work-life balance, OneDigital works hard to provide flexibility to our people precisely because we are such a high-performing organization. We recognize that this can and will be stressful to our people and we want to provide every opportunity for them to take care of themselves, prioritize their total wellbeing and find balance, creating an environment where employees are heard and supported. Your feedback will be taken under consideration. Thank you again for your candor and we wish you all the best in your career and future endeavors.
