      Chicago office Terrible!

      None really, the managers are incompetent

      Cons

      The man in this office are really disturbing, this is probably one of the worst jobs folks have ever had, we have a lot of turn and burn, and even though I am a leader at this establishment, I can see all the flaws in this position and in this company.

      Pros

      OneDigital is efficient and productive! Coming from Gallagher, I can see the difference in the way work gets done , how employees are valued and a true collaborative approach to team sales. Opportunities to grow are met with teammates ready to help and support your efforts to improve and present your best self. There is no gatekeeping sales skills or tips., I am enrolled in their sales growth academy where OneDigital is constantly looking to improve from the top down. Additionally, they are better staffed with account managers than a larger company like Gallagher.

      Cons

      Any firm will have their logistical calendar issues, but I am enrolled in their sales growth academy where OneDigital is constantly looking to improve from the top down. Burn our is inevitable but I see OneDigital really working on a proactive approach to employee balance and wellbeing so we are efficient and productive.
