      Great company, lean teams

      Pros

      The company cares about their employees in providing social functions, work from home opportunities, and opportunities for some bonuses. Depending on the office or department you're in, there is room for growth. The company promotes work/life balance, and typically you won't need to work overtime. There are lots of holiday opportunities. They do match for 401K and HSA, which is a very nice perk if you plan on being here for a while.

      Cons

      Lean teams. Expect to be very busy. Pay is competitive, but not outstanding. You can get better pay elsewhere. There are lots of benefits, but company contributions for dependents is low.

      Pros

      Great culture, welcoming team members, awesome Director, and so much room for growth. The DEI&B efforts being done here at OneDigital is unlike anything I have seen. Onboarding was a breeze, very informative! The interview process was the best I have seen yet (great follow up from the hiring manager and recruiter throughout the process. Not planning on finding out how other companies operate) :)

      No Resources, No Career Path, Low wages

      Pros

      Great work life balance, plenty of flexibility to create your own schedule

      Cons

      No resources to help with your workload. I ended up working on low level administrative tasks instead of being able to help my clients with strategic consultative work. Leadership became toxic and some shouldn't have been in leadership roles.
