      Work-Life balance, Generous Vacation, Realistic Expectations, you don't feel like you're a number, fairly compensated, positive culture, willing to teach those who are willing to learn

      If you work in health benefits the Fall/ Holiday time will be crazy busy so plan accordingly!

      Culture focus, friendly and family-like staff, perks (payroll breakfast, telecommute for many, generous PTO plan, understanding management), opportunities for growth, Leadership training program.

      Cons

      Volume is often due to the essence of the industry, but it is no longer limited to just a few months at the end of the year. Most in middle management work well over 40-50 hours reguarly.
