Opens your eye to the meaning of dog eat dog world

Cons

Everything. They are cheap about the salary that they offer, they want you to work hard and say you are doing lousy and make work number 1 and family at the bottom. Then they tell you that you are doing poorly no matter what and then let you go before you qualify for your pension. They also say one thing and do another.

Great team work--everyone willing to share knowledge

SO much micro-management. Leaders in a VP role cannot let lower level workers complete anything without reviewing and changing things. They need to TRUST their employees that they hired. Return to office under the guise of 'collaboration' and 'culture' as we sit in cube on phone calls and teams meetings that could be done from home. They do not care how long your commute is, or that you hired on with an understanding of 2 days in office. You MUST go into the office Tues, Wed and Thurs. Was told there were no exceptions, but there certainly are. Its all about control and having to SEE people in their seats.
