-team atmosphere -commission is decent if you actually get it

Cons

You’re actually a glorified debt collector. The majority of time is spent calling delinquent account. -commission is based off of those collections so no matter how much money you make in loans you don’t get paid.

Thank you for you r feedback, Collection duties are part of the primary duties for individuals including branch and call center staff members. It is important that OneMain protects its loan portfolio and collects on accounts that have become delinquent. - ck

Vacation time is pretty generous

Constant negative changes. If you’re in customer care, it’s just constant non stop calls in a dialer. We’re micromanaged to death, god forbid you have to take a minute to write notes. You will never move up, trust me. I’ve applied for multiple positions over the last year and a half and denied from all and I’ve been very over qualified for every one. We use to get bonuses every month but management took that away and made it seem like we actually get paid more now somehow. I’ve worked at multiple call centers and this is no different. Garbage job, take only if you’re desperate.
