      Straight forward. Good stepping stone for lending.

      Cons

      Micromanagers. Forced to push on “optional products” on customers. Value customer choice heavily although it’s not really the customer’s choice.

      The pros to this job is the department I work we have good people that work there and also they have great benefits as well.

      They have been doing random layoffs our jobs are at risk

      Pay is decent, hours are good,

      Cons

      Bonus structure is all based off collections, insurance is expensive, clicks, don't have experience or others will treat you poorly. Sales Bonus is wiped away if you don't hit collection's for the whole branch. Extremely clicky.... can't ask question. It's a point and do as I say job with no explanation. If you ask questions it's over.
