      Pros

      Great Benefits and PTO for employees. Most of Upper management is okay with work from home and allowing for doc appointments or family related time off.

      Cons

      Pay. Cannot take off End of the Month. Have no control over lending or hiring or firing of employees. No clear policy for work for home. Some upper management only want you working from home when is convenient for them

      Great work life balance, very flexible. Friendly work environment. Work from home opportunities.

      Cons

      Lending felt borderline predatory, not looking out for customers interest. Very repetitive, basically the same task over and over. Poor compensation
