Honestly cannot think of any. Base salary was below industry average, but their is the potential for bonus' depending on individual and branch performance.

Cons

Customer service practices are predatory in nature. It was in every customers nest financial interest to not get a loan with One main, selling 25%apr or higher loans to people is difficult and in my mind unethical. Business model is that of ensuring once someone has a loan with One main they have a loan with them forever. This company is highly immoral and unethical in their business practices.

100$ bonus for producing 190k in sales for the month

Not really any. You work your tail off to make upper management rich. I now work for a competitor where I can make 20k/month. They were paying me 40k annually at onemain. What a joke.

Cons

No commission, it’s considered bonuses. After producing 190k they only give 100$ which is less than 0.001% of the amount produced. I was hired as a loan specialist but was a glorified collections agent. It will be your job to professionally annoy customers to pay their bills.

The office I was in was cutthroat. There was no sense of teamwork, everyone was out for themselves, and the manager did nothing to foster any sort of team environment. He was in it solely for the paycheck.
