Company sets goals that are barely unattainable and reprimands you when you don’t meet them also was hired for dollars under their minimum since I didn’t check here first

Pros

Company is great, we usually have no problems if you work hard to hit your goals. The pay is fantastic and the company does really care about work life balance and how you are liking your job.

Cons

Sometimes goals are just out of nowhere unobtainable. You can have like 8 months of things being great, build a great streak and then wam! There goes your streak b/c you had no chance to hit that months goals sometimes it can then be a multi month draught.
